Charges:
Application Fee: $50.00 per applicant, Refunded upon acceptance.
Key Replacement: $150.00 due on or before the reissue.
Key Deposit: $50.00
Late Fees: Late fees are calculated on the basis of the laws, codes, & ordinances of the municipality in which they are accrued. For further clairification please refer to Section Nineteen of the Lease Agreement.
Not Sufficient Funds Treatment and Fees: Please refer to Section Twenety-Four of the Lease Ageement.
Guest Fees:Guest Fees are charged to the lessee(s) for guest(s)/Visitor(s) staying seven calendar days or more. Guest Fees are calculated by the number of guest(s)/vistior(s) per day at the rate of $50.00 per guest. For further clairification please see Section Twenety-Two & Twenty Three of the Lease Agreement.
Copy of Lease Agreement: Copies of the Lease Agreement can be made to current and former lessee(s). A paper copy costs $50.00 and there must be a valid address for it to be sent. A electronic copy is also available and costs $30.00; also there must be a valid email account for transmission to be sent. All money is due before it is sent.
